Returns & Exchanges
If the items you received don’t match your order, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately, and we will arrange a return for you. In such cases, please use the original packaging your order was shipped in and affix the RMA label to the outside of the box. Once we have confirmation that Kerry Express has picked up your return, we will dispatch the correct order to you. Any extra fees associated with the return will be refunded as store credit.
