• Standard shipping is FREE. This applies to all orders nationwide.
• Kerry Express is our official delivery partner. Downloading their app will give you real-time parcel tracking.
• Orders received before 2 pm are eligible for next-business-day delivery in Bangkok. Deliveries to provinces outside of Bangkok take 2-3 business days.*
• We are closed for all national bank holidays. Processing and shipping of orders will happen on the next business day. Please allow extra processing time on the tail end of long holidays or big promotions.
• Same-day delivery is available in the Bangkok Metropolitan area for a flat fee of 100THB. Please get in touch with a customer service agent before ordering to confirm that your prescription is in stock.

*Stock dependent. In most cases, toric/astigmatism lenses are not eligible for same-day or next-day delivery.
